The
Ghana Partnership Team is seeking applicants to form a delegation
to Ghana September 22-October 6, 2006. This has proven to
be an exciting and sometimes life-changing experience for
those who go. If you or anyone you know would like to apply,
please fill out the attached form and return it with a deposit
as indicated on the form.

October 4, 2004, $24,777.40 was sent to Kwahu Presbytery in
Mpraeso-Kwahu, Ghana. This money was given by churches in
Foothills Presbytery and was designated to be used in the
following way:

An e-mail was received from the Rev. Dr. Richard E. Oppong,
Chairperson of Kwahu Presbytery, which reads:
Greetings
to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Once again, I
want you to know that the money transferred to Kwahu Presbytery
account meant for all the respective persons and groups (organizations)
have been received with much thanks. The express mail sent
to explain the distribution of the money has also been received.
May the Lord continue to bless you, the Foothills Presbytery,
congregations and all individuals who donated some money to
help the work of Kwahu Presbytery.

partnership agreement between Foothills Presbytery and
Kwahu Presbytery, Ghana, provides financial aid for medical
services through Donkorkrom Hospital The Partnership also
acts as a conduit to allow Christians from both cultures
the opportunity to broaden the understanding of the world
church. The Partnership has also expanded its reach to
more programs of evangelism and education, sharing Kwahu
Presbytery's goal of spreading the good news of Jesus
Christ to more Ghanaians. |
